The following is an experiment to see how we can do against a know case study. In this case it was Arm & Hammer’s study around dairy herd nutrition. What the found was that they had been focusing on the wrong “job executor”, the nutritionist. Once they focused on the dairy producer and got the job right, everything changed.
Let’s see if we can create a compelling qualitative package that could support this research today.
